Just view the readme.txt file provided with it. If still you don't get it then please follow this [link]

Or if you are a little inconvenient to follow all those steps then you can use "Replacer" which you can find here. [link]

How to (with Replacer)
-------------------------
01. Open the .exe file (run the program).

02. Drag (without releasing the mouse) the file (original system file) which you want to replace, inside the program window and release the mouse (or say drop it).

03. Now drag and drop the file to want to replace with (e.g. this aero_woods.exe).

04. Just follow the instructions and you are done.

For example:
You want to change the 'logonui.exe' of your system.
It can be found at
"C:\windows\system32\ " directory. Here I consider Windows is installed in C: drive, proceed according to your windows directory.
(If unable to find logonui.exe. Try un-hiding of file from Tools->Folder Option->View (Tab)->Show hidden files and folders. Also uncheck the option 'Hide protected operating system files' in case necessary. Please remember to revert back all these setting once you have done with)

Once you have find the original 'logonui', drag and drop it in the "replacer" window and follow instruction for a backup copy. When asked drag and drop new file (aero_woods.exe in this case)
and that is all.

I hope this information would be helpful.
